How we got here
I’m Joe Crockett, the proud owner of Canary.
I originally started Canary as a way to better serve my real estate clients during the home buying and selling process. Over time, it became clear this work was about far more than transactions.
Radon increases the risk of lung cancer and I've seen the consequence of lifetime exposure firsthand.
Today, Canary exists to help homeowners gain real clarity about the air they breathe every day... with honest testing, straightforward communication, and a focus on protecting the people inside the home.

Order a test
Order a test through our booking site. Tell us where we're going and we'll give you instructions on testing protocols.

start the test
Our technician will drop off and set up a testing unit as soon as the next business day with a report in your inbox 48 hours later!
3
get the report
Your report will be delivered to your inbox where you can see hourly readings over the 48 hour test, your average Radon Level and whether or not mitigation is recommended.
